Thrift store score!

Today on my lunch break I went to a really junky thrift store that I rarely ever visit and I found this great vintage blanket! It would fit a twin bed and it's pretty heavy. So cute!:

It has the same flowers in an orange color scheme on the reverse side:

I really lucked out with this one. $5.00!

  3. Cute! And a nice snag. I love putting vintage quilts on beds - it just feels so comfy and the color you'll add with this one will add definite cheer.

  6. I h.e.a.r.t. this! It makes me want to throw down that blanket and have a picnic out in a summer's meadow with cucumber sandwiches and iced tea. :-)

    Happy Friday from Kansas!

Yesterday I took a break with my daughter and popped in on a garage sale...It was one of those major 'score' days! One of mine was a vintage white chenille bedspread---$5!
