I'd like to introduce you...

to our new sweet mini-lop bunny! Julia has named her Phyllis (after Phyllis on the show The Office). We've been calling her Philly. :)

I never mentioned it on the blog because it was too sad, but Stanley died quite a long time ago now. :( His buddy Oliver died a few days ago. Julia was distraught. We decided to get an animal that would live a bit longer. Phyllis is so cute and doesn't run when you go to pick her up. She is a gentle little thing and Julia is already in love, of course.

I hope all of you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I did. ;)

  3. Agh! Look at her! Soooo cute. I used to own bunnies when I was younger, I miss them so much! I had a leash for one and would walk her. She was amazing, potty trained, loved to be held and she would lay on my bed and watch tv with me =)

  9. Phyllis is so cuuuuute! I had a rabbit pet in the 6th grade and I called it Lassie like the dog but later discovered it was not a she but a he! You can't tell with rabbits:D I simply adore their faces and tricks and schemes, wishing you a lot of patience if you are going to keep her in the house-in the 6th grade I didnt know abt their funny 2 phases digestion... I'm really thinking of getting a few cuties again:)

Sorry to hear about Ollie and Stanley. it's so hard to lose a pet. I remember I had a hamster that I loved so much as a kid. I still have a photo my mom took holding him next to the Christmas tree one year!

  18. Sorry for the loss, but love the bunny! We had bunnies when I was young - one named porcupine, and another named Rapiti.

I still like cats better though ;-)
