New design! I need help with a name...

I absolutely love this new design. Right now I'm calling these 'vintage panel' cuffs, but I need a GOOD name. I've lovingly framed a piece of antique or vintage material, almost as if to showcase it. They remind me of little fabric frames... The eyelet used in the mustard cuff was from an antique dress, and the floral fabric on the right is a repurposed antique hankie! I love them both. In the shop now.

Any ideas for a name for this type of cuff?

  2. Framed in Time Cuffs :) To play up the fact that the past is framed in the present to be carried with us to the future.

  8. I don't have a name, but I do have an observation. Did you know that the lace on the right is made for weaving 1/4" satin ribbon through the holes. You might try that some time for a different effect.

  9. barb- yes, I did realize it was for ribbon, but I liked the peek-a-boo look where you could see your arm through the holes. I might try ribbon some time! :D
