As soon as I finished making this (about ten minutes) ago, I knew I had to snap a pic and blog about it. This Fettuccine alla Carbonara is SOOOO good and uses a handful of ingredients- most of which you probably already have! It is so rich and creamy, and has the perfect amount of saltiness from the pancetta. A good amount of pepper gives it a kick, as well. Get the recipe here. You won't regret it!
