I made a video for all of you...

...but it's possible I'll end up taking it down. So here is my Sunday post, in video form- watch it before I decide it's stupid and take it down!

  1. OMG! I LOVE Stanley! I had 3 ratlettes in college (Alice, Ophilia or Ophie and Isabella). They are the sweetest pets and SO smart. Mine knew their names and would come on command.

Loves the video post! I doubt I'll ever be brave enough to do one! I commend you!

  11. Loved your video! I also love Stanley- he is adorable! I feel that way about my sewing machine all the time- most times I will just hand sew things rather than fight with the machine. Of course, I could probably fix that by taking the time to learn the machine better. I hope that today is better :) Glad you didn't take the video down- it is awesome!!

Sorry to hear about your sewing machine wanting to kill you. I hope by now it has gotten over whatever it was that made it want to kill you! Hope you do more of these :)

  20. I am so glad you didn't take the video down before I had a chance to see it. You are totally funny and my 3 and 6 year-olds loved Stanley!

We have 6 rescued pets at the moment - rabbits, cats, dogs and a field mouse - which we just acquired last night when I let one of my cats out to enjoy the warm weather we have been having. She never kills mice. She just puts them into a state of shock from which they slowly recover in an aquarium in my garage just to be let free by the pond behind our house and caught again.

My machine hates me today too. And it's nice to see other sewers share my frustrations. Misery loves company and all that...
